Communication

You will work directly with me throughout the project. Communication is handled via email or WhatsApp. Clear and timely communication is important to ensure smooth progress.

Project Timeline

Project timelines vary depending on the scope and requirements. Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may affect the delivery timeline.

Payments

• An upfront payment may be required before work begins
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as agreed
• Ongoing services may be billed periodically

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included during the project phase. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may require extra time and cost.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary content, images, and information
• Review work and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure all provided content is accurate and authorized

Website Performance & Results

Websites are built using best practices for performance, usability, and SEO. However, specific results such as search rankings or number of patient inquiries cannot be guaranteed.

Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party tools or services such as plugins, analytics, or external platforms. Any third-party costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Ownership

• Once full payment is completed, the website and its content belong to you
• I reserve the right to showcase the project in my portfolio

Maintenance, Security & Backups

Ongoing maintenance, website security, and backup services are provided only if agreed separately. Without an active plan, ongoing updates, monitoring, or backups are not included.

Limitation of Liability

• Data loss or security breaches
• Downtime caused by third-party services
• Any business losses related to website performance or usage

Termination

Either party may terminate the project with prior notice. Work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of any updates.
