These terms apply to ongoing website maintenance, support, security, and backup services provided on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. These services are designed to keep your dental website secure, updated, and running smoothly.

  • Security checks and protection
  • Scheduled backups
  • Minor content updates, as agreed
  • Basic technical support

What Is Not Included

  • Major layout or structural changes
  • Advanced SEO or marketing services

These can be provided separately if required.

Response Time

Support requests are typically handled within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Urgent issues are prioritized when possible.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear instructions for requested updates
  • Ensure all content provided is accurate and approved
  • Avoid making unauthorized changes that may affect website stability

Security & Backups

Regular backups are performed as per your plan, and security measures are implemented using best practices. However, no system is completely risk-free, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Billing & Payments

  • Maintenance plans are billed monthly or yearly
  • Payment must be made in advance for each billing cycle
  • Services begin after successful payment

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your plan at any time
  • Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle
  • No refunds are provided for the current active period

Service Suspension

  • Payments are delayed or not received
  • Access to the website is restricted
