If content is not provided on time, the project timeline may be affected.

Revisions & Changes

• Reasonable revisions are included during the project
• Additional changes outside the agreed scope may require extra cost
• Major changes after approval may be treated as a new task

Timelines

Project timelines depend on scope and responsiveness. Delays in feedback, approvals, or content may extend the timeline.

Payments

• Projects typically require an upfront payment
• Remaining balance is due before final delivery or launch
• Ongoing services are billed separately

Website Launch

• Final approval
• Full payment completion

You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final version before launch.

SEO Setup (Initial Only)

• Page structure
• Meta tags
• Basic on-page optimization

Ongoing SEO, ranking improvements, and traffic growth are not included unless agreed separately.

Maintenance, Security & Backups

These are provided only if a separate plan is active. Without an active plan, updates, monitoring, and backups are not included.

Third-Party Tools & Costs

• Premium services

Any third-party costs are your responsibility unless specified.

Ownership & Access

• You own the website and its content after full payment
• Access credentials will be shared with you

I reserve the right to showcase the project in my portfolio.

Support & Communication

Support is provided based on agreed scope or active plan. Communication is handled directly via email or WhatsApp.

Limitations

• Search engine rankings
• Exact number of patient inquiries
• Changes made by third parties
• Issues caused by external platforms

Project Pause or Termination

• Projects may be paused if communication stops or payments are delayed
• Either party may terminate with notice
• Work completed will be billed accordingly

Updates to Service Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued engagement implies acceptance.
