This Refund Policy outlines how payments and refunds are handled for dental website design, development, and related services. By starting a project, you agree to this policy.

Project-Based Services

  • Payments made for website projects are generally non-refundable once work has started
  • Initial payments secure your project slot and time allocation

Before Work Begins

If a project is canceled before any work has started, a refund may be considered, minus any transaction or administrative fees.

After Work Has Started

  • No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work
  • Time and resources already invested cannot be reversed

Revisions Instead of Refunds

  • Reasonable revisions are provided within the agreed scope
  • The goal is to resolve concerns and deliver a result aligned with expectations

Ongoing Services

  • Payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started
  • You may cancel future renewals at any time

Third-Party Costs

  • Any costs related to third-party services are non-refundable
  • Those costs are subject to the respective provider’s refund policies

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication is discouraged. If you have concerns, please contact me first so we can resolve the issue professionally.

Exceptions

Refunds, if any, are provided solely at my discretion in exceptional cases.
